    We use the official WhatsApp Business API (via Meta-certified providers like 360dialog, Twilio, or MessageBird). Verified green number, Meta-approved message templates, full compliance with WhatsApp policy.

  • Integrated product catalog

    The agent knows the product catalog (sync from Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, or custom catalogs) and can show product sheets, variants, real-time availability. Images are sent directly into the chat.

  • Order tracking and after-sales

    Integration with your order ERP and couriers (BRT, GLS, SDA, DHL): the agent answers 'where is my order' with up-to-date tracking, handles return and address-change requests.

  • Fluid human hand-off

Can I use my personal or already-active business WhatsApp number?

No. To use the WhatsApp Business API (the only legal route for automated AI agents) a dedicated number not tied to a private WhatsApp account is required. We handle activation with a Meta-certified provider if you haven't already. Verification takes 1-2 weeks.

How do customers know they are talking to an AI?

Transparency is required by both the AI Act and commercial common sense. The first message openly states the first line is handled by an automated assistant. Compliance is baked in by default, not an optional add-on.

How much does running it cost per month?

Typical operating cost: €0.05-0.10 per outbound WhatsApp message (Meta rate), €100-1,500/month for LLM, €100-300/month for hosting. For 5,000 messages a month, typical total €350-1,000. Typical ROI is the human-time saved equivalent to a part-time operator.

Does it work with complex products or only simple items?

It works with catalogs of any complexity, as long as they are structured. The agent is good at comparative questions ('what's the difference between model A and B'), technical ('is it compatible with X'), and availability. For very custom or consultative products, the agent pre-qualifies and hands over to a human salesperson.
